Screw conveyor / compactor
Equipment for conveying / compacting waste.
Screw conveyor / compactor has been used for the transport of waste from screenings.
The conveyor consists of a coreless screw rotating in a « U » shaped tube , coated with a durable material.
At the end of the conveying zone, the waste can be washed before entering into the compaction cell.

CHARACTERISTICS
Screw conveyor / compactor crews is made up of different elements:
- A stainless steel tube coated with a polyethylene material
- A Archimedean screw
- Compacting box with two side doors, containing the drip drum made of perforated sheet metal.
